Hey there,
My name is Dani Flintoff, and I am licensed mental health counselor associate in Washington. I graduated from Bastyr University with a Masters in Counseling Psychology in 2023. I primarily work with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My practice is rooted strongly in the power of the therapeutic alliance, and I am committed to creating a safe space for clients of all backgrounds to feel heard and empowered. Everyone who enters into therapy has a unique story to tell, and has been shaped by the many stressors that life provides. There is beauty in each person’s story, and I am passionate about helping clients craft a meaningful life that reflects their identity and values. I am a person-centered therapist who utilizes behavioral and strengths-based techniques to help my clients reach their goals. I draw from DBT and ACT to assist my clients in building skills and techniques to manage emotions and build resiliency. Outside of work I can be found romping in the forest, climbing rocks, and trying my hand at new recipes.
