Feeling drained or unsure of your boundaries? Struggling with habits like doom scrolling, procrastinating, or substance use that don’t align with who you want to be?
Join our 10-week support group for ages 20–30!
This will be a supportive small group where you’ll learn, connect, and grow together. Open to all genders, backgrounds, and identities.

Expressive arts self-care workshop
Our event is designed to help you unwind, express yourself creatively, and reconnect with your inner self. Our theme for this session is Gratitude. Through a series of guided activities, you will have the opportunity to explore different forms of creative expression, including drawing, writing, poetry, meditation, and music. Our experienced facilitator will guide you through each exercise, providing gentle encouragement and support to help you tap into your creativity and express yourself in new and meaningful ways. This experience is about insight and expression, not talent. No arts background or experience is needed.
